We want to help our customer choose the right size every time they shop. Our sizing can vary between products, so we suggest every customer to check the size chart of each product before you purchase.

RETURNS

You may return your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund (excluding the delivery charge) provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please note it may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund.

Any items which are found to have make-up stains will not be refunded. Please note we cannot refund any underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. 

This does not affect your cancellation right.
