Size EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

ORDER POLICY (Domestic)

  1. The listed price does not include SHIPPING FEE.
  2. Customer must study the measurement of every good precisely before placing an order. 
  3. Customer is not allowed to change or amend the order items once order and payment are confirmed. Oversea supplier will dispatch out the orders once the payment is confirmed.
  4. Customer will receive items within 14 working days* after the payment is confirmed.
  5. If ordered goods are out of stock unexpectedly, customer can replace it with other items (have to wait another 14 working days), or request for a full refund. For full refund requested, the customer must provide bank account details (Name of bank, bank account number, and bank account holder name). 
  6. Perfect Bella has the right to cancel any paid or unpaid order (s) from customers without prior notice.
  7. The customer might encounter the item she placed an order is running out of stock unexpectedly. The stock availability is changing rapidly every few hours although Perfect Bella is ensured the high accuracy of stock status. This is because our supplier also supplying to another continent including Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, North and South America. Customer is allowed to switch to other item or request full refund for the item that running out of stock.
*This estimation time is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers, you might receive the parcel late due to Oversea or Malaysia Custom clearance delay, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier company. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated. Kindly DO NOT place an order if you do not have the tolerance to accept late arrival parcel due to the factors as mentioned here.

  4. Customer will receive items within 12-28 working days* after the payment is confirmed.
  5. If ordered goods is out of stock unexpectedly, customer can replace it with other items (have to wait another 12-28 working days), or request for full refund. For full refund requested, customer must provide bank account details (Name of bank, bank account number and bank account holder name).

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY (Domestic)

  1. Perfect Bella provides SIZE EXCHANGE to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you. 
  2. SIZE EXCHANGE is not allowed for items with Promotion, SALE promotion, Discounted, and Ready Stock items.
  3. All item(s) are eligible for one-time size exchange only. 
  4. Color exchange or exchange to another item (s) request are not allowed.
  5. Measurements stated may vary 1.0 cm - 3.0 cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchange will be carried out.
  6. We strictly do not allow Return/Exchange/Refund for Lingerie & Swimwear.
  7. The exchange request must be submitted through email within 3 working days upon parcel received from courier service. No exception will be granted for an excuse like away from holidays, admitted to hospital and etc. Customer is responsible for tracking the parcel after the tracking number is updated in the system. The 3 working days is sufficient for customers to send an email to notify us.
  8. Upon approval of an exchange, there will be RM7 (West Malaysia) / RM10 (East Malaysia) postage charge per item. Size exchange request will not proceed if the shipping fee is not received by us. For any return requested by customers, the cost of returning the item to us is the customer's responsibility. 
  9. Upon approval of an exchange, the buyer must ensure that we receive the returned product(s) within 5 working days. A new order will proceed after the return parcel is being received and passed the incoming QA inspection.
  10. All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact).
  11. Perfect Bella is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrived at our office. Please retain the courier receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
  12. Customers must refer to the size chart as posted on the product page to select the best-fit garment. The customer normally wearing S size does not mean can wearing S size for all S size garment in the market. Different brand or different manufacturer has different size cutting standard. Customers must check body measurement and size chart as posted on the product page to avoid size selection failure. If customer purchased garment without refer to the size chart as posted on the product page, the customer will not eligible to size exchange request. The size exchange request approval is subject to the verification result.
  13. Customers must obtain size exchange approval from Perfect Bella before the size exchange request is valid for proceeding.
  14. Please submit size exchange request by email only at theperfectbella@gmail.com. The Exchange and Return Team will follow up through email only. Kindly do not WhatsApp or call to request size exchange, all size exchange request must go through official email only.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY 

  1. Under normal circumstances, we do not offer a return or refund. All goods will be sent in good condition. We execute 100% visual inspection before packing. If customers encounter any issue with the items upon receiving, the customer must report to us through official email within 3 working days upon parcel received from courier service. The late report considered not valid and will not be followed up by Perfect Bella. 
  2. Color may vary across different device screen and measurements are approximate. Actual garments color may vary also due to model photos are captured by professional photographers with professional studio lighting setting. The actual garments color aberration is not classified as "wrong item" or "defect item", hence no exchange or refund will be carried out. Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter).
    Please take into consideration that COLOR MAY VARY FROM ONE BATCH TO ANOTHER as well. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. Kindly do not place an order if the customer is not able to accept color aberration.
  3. An item in a color or size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight, too thin or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’. The actual standards for all garments are based on the physical items received.
  4. Material and quality issues are not classified as defects or wrong item. Material and quality level is solely subjective due to different people have different perspectives. It does not have any trustworthy benchmark instrument to measure the quality. 

Perfect Bella does not offer a refund for the conditions as below :

  • i. Change of mind
  • ii. Incomplete or incorrect shipping address given by customers
  • iii. Damage of items due to own negligence
  • iv. The expectation is not fulfilled. It does not have any trustworthy benchmark instrument to measure the expectation set by different customers. Every customer expectation is different and subjective. The expectation element is solely subjective due to different people have different perspectives. Kindly do not place an order if the customer has no tolerance to the minor variances for all garments that are physically received.

  1. Please also ensure that your items do not fall under the list of non-exchangeable and non-refundable brands & items here.
  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns are refunded via bank transfer.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
  • Perfect Bella does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely, we will not issue a refund. Please email for assistance theperfectbella@gmail.com.) 
  • Return packages must include the original packing slip to ensure processing. 
  • Parcels returned to us before any acknowledgment/approval will not be entertained.

 Exchange or Refund/Return Time Frame 

PERFECT BELLA aims to process your return in the fastest time possible! We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. Do keep a lookout for it!

Returns

Upon the arrival of your return item at our warehouse, our Quality Check team will take 7-14 working days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Exchange

Your new exchange item will be delivered within the same delivery time frame as previously, once we receive your return parcel back at our warehouse. We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. Do keep a lookout for it!

If unfortunately, your reserved item is not available, we will refund the item to make the original purchase.

All items will be inspected on return. We do our best to accommodate return requests, however, in the rare event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, incomplete, or after the 7 day period, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Note: There may be a slight delay when processing your returns during peak periods. However, rest assured that we will do our best to minimize this delay and update you on your returns as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
