EXCHANGE POLICY – Perfect Bella Store


PERFECT BELLA aim to provide enjoyable online shopping experience for our beloved customer. Therefore we do provide “7 days Satisfactory Guarantee” of all products you have purchased regardless of defected item or size related issue. With that you can shop online confidently on our promise.

The above is subject to following conditions:

1) All SIZE RELATED ISSUE had to be reported to us WITHIN ONE WEEK upon receive of the item(s).

We will based on tracking system to determine the valid period for all return requests.

2) All returned items must be in UNUSEDUNWASHEDUNALTEREDNO PERFUME condition as the original packing to us within one week upon reported to us. We hold the rights not to accept any return of any Goods where these instructions have not been followed.

3) Item(s) under “SALES/Special Promotions/Discount” is not allowed for exchange/refund.

4)Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for inner wears, such as socks, swimwear and underwear.

5) Customer is ONLY allowed to exchange for same product in once time for every purchase.  

5) Exchange of product is subject to availability, if the item is not available, size exchange will not be accepted. 



1)   We ONLY allow size exchange for same item and there MUST be bigger or smaller size that available for SAME item only.  (Exchange to other item or color is not allowed). If that particular item or exchange size is not available, the exchange will not be accepted. 

2)   Exchange can ONLY be made ONCE for every purchase.  (Please note that size exchange service IS NOT APPLICABLE if your purchase is already SMALLEST/BIGGEST size and you would like to request exchange for bigger/smaller size)

3)   Buyer has to bear for two way postage: postage to return the item(s) to us at their own shipping cost and postage for size exchange item which pay to courier. All size exchange item(s) must be returned to us within 7 workings days upon agreement.

4)   Please note that all exchanges will be charged RM10 processing fee for EACH ITEM. For example, if buyer has 2 items for size exchange issue, we will charge total processing fee of RM20 (Postage is not included).  

Postage charge in Malaysia: Based on courier rate, Wm: Rm10 (1 item) , EM: RM12 (1 item).

Postage charge for countries outside Malaysia: The postage will charge based on courier rate. (Please contact us and we will send you the courier charges via email)

5)   All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receiving by us. If the item is unsuitable for a return/exchange upon inspection, we reserve the rights to refuse accepting the said returned item and will always notify by email about the exact reason if that is the case.

6)   The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly.

7)   Please provide us with tracking number for proof of posting. Please note that cutting might vary for each design with same size label. Customers are strongly advised to choose size based on FLAT measurement given, and not choose based on size label.

8)   Once we have receive the return item and after the inspection, if it is eligible for size exchange, we will process your order. The delivery timeline is around 10-14 working days.
