RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any Cancellation and Size Exchange after purchase will not be attended for refund request.
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. Kindly carefully and accurately check your size before placing an order.

We offer full or partial refunds for the following cases:
We do not offer refunds for arrived too late, incorrect sizing, wrongly order or change of mind.
At Perfect Bella, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Good(s) are sold upon confirmation. Return of product(s) due to defects or incorrect item is only acceptable when the issue is raised to Perfect Bella team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do offer exchanges for the following cases:
All exchanges on all our pieces has to be strictly made within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer international exchanges (countries outside of Malaysia).
We ask that the following requirements are met:
- Full price item
- Original condition, unworn and unwashed
- Lingerie and swimwear are not exchangeable
- No returns / exchange on sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding shipping fee paid upon an order and return shipping fee. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage fee(s).
EXCHANGE OR REFUND/RETURN TIME
Perfect Bella aims to process your return in the fastest time possible! We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. Do keep a lookout for it!
Upon the arrival of your return item at our warehouse, our Quality Check team will take 7-14 working days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Your new exchange item will be delivered within the same delivery time frame as previously, once we receive your return parcel back at our warehouse. We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. Do keep a lookout for it!
If unfortunately, your reserved item is not available, we will refund the item to make the original purchase.
All items will be inspected on return. We do our best to accommodate return requests, however, in the rare event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, incomplete, or after the 7 day period, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Note: There may be a slight delay when processing your returns during peak periods. However, rest assured that we will do our best to minimize this delay and update you on your returns as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Perfect Bella for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET OF ACTIVEWEAR?
The full set of activewear must be returned (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All bodysuits, underwear, yoga mats & blocks, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Perfectbella.com does not accept returns for third-party retailers.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com using the e-mail address used to order our item(s) prior to returning your item(s).
Pictures of the defected/wrongly delivered items should be shared with Perfect Bella within 2 days of receiving the goods via email firstname.lastname@example.org
In such case, please contact us a email@example.com and we will exchange the item or arrange a refund.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage fees.)
Once the items are returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Perfect Bella will not be held liable for the loss of items, bags, and garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.

You can now start a return by fill up your information and follow the steps. Customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
Get Your Return Ready
Please pack up the items you'd like to return. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return.
