Milk has been a hot topic in the last few years, with more people looking at dairy substitutes to limit the amount of dairy in their diet. While this is a personal choice, I always like to share recipes that all of my BBG girls can use!
Whether you have an intolerance to dairy or you prefer not to have it for other reasons, that doesn’t mean creamy smoothies have to be off the menu for you completely! There are so many different ways to enjoy smoothies, from milk alternatives to using coconut water as a base. To get that lovely thick texture, you can simply add frozen banana to get a little flavour and a delicious creamy consistency!
I know that some of you love getting in the kitchen and playing around with different ingredients, so I am sure you are going to LOVE these recipes. You’ll see that dairy-free smoothies are anything but boring!
